Investment will be required, through a combination of pump priming, cascade funding, commissioning budgets, and/or local procurement. QIPP (Quality, Innovation, Productivity and Prevention) aims to help NHS organisations deliver higher quality care and operate more efficiently and effectively. The Royal Free London NHS Foundation Trust has set up a programme to implement QIPP across the trust.
