Introduction of a Venous Thromboembolism Prophylaxis Protocol for Older Adult Psychiatric Patients

"Overall the results have shown that introduction of a VTE prophylaxis assessment protocol on an Older Adult Psychiatric ward has increased the number of patients that received a VTE risk assessment."
